Corporate Coaching Differerent
All groups
are small with a maximum number of up to 12 participants at any
one time.Sarah also offers one on one coaching training for key
staff members over a specific period. Say on a monthly
basis.
We offer a
fixed rate for clients if they are booking group or corporate

The
workshops focus on the staff members main belief systems
in conjunction with their line managers.
HOW WOULD
THIS HELP OUR COMPANY ?
You can

Empower. Perhaps a staff member might have a belief that
“I cant do this”. There are a whole number of
different permutations of I cant or I am not good enough.
Since most
beliefs are not true and are a self fulfilling
prophecy. Then there is a good chance they will be
eventually become non production and do self sabotaging
behaviours that might not only risk themselves but put their
company at risk.
Here is a
good example of how our Balance and Empower training would have
really helped in a real life situation.
Salesman John, joins Fred Bloggs and co. He is an
excellent salesman but his negative core belief is that he is
worthless but he puts himself in situations that he might not
normally put himself in because he is constantly reinforcing
his negative belief. He has started to come in late and is not
as productive as he used to be. His firm have no idea that at
home he is not very demonstrative and acts as a doormat. He is
being constantly, put down by his wife at home and cannot say
No so finds himself overworked at home, unable to
say NO. He is constantly tired and late for work and he
is started to get sick and have time off.
Fred
Bloggs and co have invested a lot of time and money into Johns
training. In fact he is one of their best salesmen. He has been
with the firm for a couple of years. On the surface he appears
to be fine however his sales has dropped significantly. The
Manager is very busy and asks the employee if he is having
trouble at home. Since Johns main belief is “I am worthless”
despite his strong persona he says no everything is fine. He
believes that if he tells his manager he is having problems at
home no one with listen to him anyway, he will feel even more
worthless, so he continues to put on a front and carry on
regardless. Eventually his work suffers and Johns firm have no
idea that he has been taking time off looking after his kids
when he should have been at work. His sales are dropping
rapidly and eventually they have no choice but to fire
him.
John starts
to feel that there is something wrong. Because he is
under pressure at home and feels worthless he also feels he has
no worth at work. He is worried he will lose his job
so before he gets fired he sabotages it himself either by
getting sacked for poor performance, or if he is lucky he hands
in his notice and starting yet another new job
before he risks getting fired. John goes onto
another new employer starts off all over again and then the
cycle starts all over again. His company is left
bewildered and confused as to why he left in the first
place.
Now what
would have happened if John had balanced his negative core
beliefs.
If John had
done Balance and
Empower
TM training he would have
stepped completely out of the energy of “I am worthless”.
As a result he would have managed a far more empowering belief
system such as "I can achieve with
ease" (or whatever balancing belief he had
come up with), and as a result would have become far more
production. He would have also been able to say NO to his
nagging wife. He would have set his priorities right at work
with his more balanced sense of self worth. His self esteem
would be more balanced rather than appearing overly positive
and super confident when in fact underneath he felt totally
worthless.
More
importantly, his employer would have benefited from all
the long term investment they had made in
him. He would have gain a sense of belonging at the
company for actually listenng to him and his issues, and their
sales would increase and they would have kept their best sales
man.
