About Sarah Strudwick

Sarah Strudwick is a Spiritual Life Coach and co-founder of Balance and Empower.  With 8 years experience in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. She has trained in many different modalities such as Taoist meditation and breathing techniques. More recently she created a range of visualisation techniques using brain entrainment software. Her success as a life coach in the UK has gave her a quarter final position in Britains Next Top Coach. 

I am also trained in Clarity4 profile systems and currently training in NLP, hypnosis and timeline therapy.

Prior to working in the healing and self development industry Sarah worked for 20 years successfully running her own business and working in the banking industry as an IT trainer teaching microsoft products. She is also a musician and website designer.

Sarah's unique style, flair and enthusiam, and desire for her own self improvement, led her to learn negative core beliefs, and voice dialogue work with John Nutting.  As a result they decided to collaborate their professional experience and have now created what is uniquely known as Balance and Empower. 

Sarah Strudwick, runs workshops in Balance and Empower for clients.  She also trains facilitators, practitioners and life coaches and other professionals who wish to use it as part of their practice.  She is also available for one on one spiritual life coaching sessions.
